Ascension Chronicles Comic

The Ascension Chronicles tells the story of an interstellar war from the perspective of a young pilot, who finds out the war is about more than he first believed, raises questions about the nature of war, and how far one should go to win; but underneath that, there is a deeper mystery which will be unveiled about the nature of the cosmos, what horrors and wonders billions of years of evolution and alien environments can create, and about the evolution and potential fate of mankind.

This is a universe I've been building in my head, and through my art and writing for three decades. However, for the most part, I've worked on other intellectual properties. I wrote Robotech The New Generation, Robotech Genesis Pits and Robotech Expeditionary Force Marines role-playing game supplements for Palladium Books, based on the famous anime series which some say sparked much of the interest in anime in the U.S. I also co-authored the Nightbane Survival Guide RPG as well. 

My art has appeared in the collectible card game Hullbreach, on book covers, in the book Erotic Fantasy Art Vol. 2, and the online space 4x game Conquest: Resurgence.

But now, it's time to chase my own dream, and build my own IP. With your support, I'll be able to do that, and tell an original story in epic space opera form, something I haven't seen much of from webcomics. The funds I raise here will help me make that story a reality by allowing me to upgrade equipment, dedicate more time and resources to my art, and show my son that doing what you love is the right way to make a living.
