Thanks to the support of my readers over the years, I’m fairly stable career wise—y’all read my blogs, crowdfunded to send me to writing workshops, bought my books, and cheered me on through both personal and professional milestones. I cannot thank you enough! Being able to tell stories for a living has been a dream.

I first started this Patreon to provide a cushion for the gaps in my writer income, then I transitioned it to fund Black trans people, and now I'm going to be doing a little bit of both! (I moved back to NYC and holy fuck, this city is expensive). A portion of the income from this platform will be directly redistributed through Pay Black Trans Women, #BlackTransCrowdFund, Black Trans Futures, and The Black Trans Travel Fund.
