Hey there! My name is Lita, and I run Back On Pointe, a fitness, health, and wellness blog that encourages positive relationships with our bodies and supports people new to the fitness scene. I also blog about my experiences as an adult beginner in ballet and my recovery from disordered eating and mental illness.

What do I do? On Back On Pointe, I create original workouts, ranging from beginner arm workouts to full body interval training. With support through Patreon, I will be making more (and more in-depth) workouts and working on more thorough posts on fitness and health subjects. With your support, I will expand my knowledge to bring people the best and most welcoming portal to their new, healthy lives.
