Hello folks,

My story is a long and complicated one but I will try to keep it to the basics here.

At the time of writing I have just done my 45th lap around the Sun......assuming of course that we don't live on a Flat stationary Earth. :-)

You may have already grasped I have read a conspiracy theory or two in my time.  I used to want to be a Rock Star and although I could live the lifestyle I neglected the part of actually learning an instrument and I can't carry a tune in a bucket, so that didn't pan out too well.

When I saw a Bill Hicks video however I decided that was my vocation and I started looking for opens spots on the Scottish comedy scene. I also performed Poetry at Open Mics as I had written some lyrics for Songs that had not been written.

I was experimenting a lot and so sometimes I would be good and other times, not so much so for a promoter to book me was a bit of a risk as they would never know what they were getting but I found it boring to do the exact same script every time so I didn't fit into the game too well.

I invented a few characters, The Great White Shaft, Hamish McScottie and Nob Stewart which I done only because I had bought a Rod Stewart wig for a fancy dress party which ended up being cancelled, so I wanted to get some money's worth out if so I entered Nob in a Karaoke competition called Stars In the Bar where I got to the final and so the madness of Nob began.

In fact, I had a couple of rather large public falling out with some of my Peers which I will tell you more about in due course if you are interested.

As I was doing this I met a Turkish woman in Sheffield on her Birthday when I was down there to see the Rolling Stones.

One year and 12 days later we got married. Then the fun really began.

After a couple of years of marriage my wife had her first nervous breakdown. Being married to me will do that. For the next 12 years she was in and out of the Mental Health ward in Scotland and in Mallorca, where our son was born.

Just after our son was born it was discovered that my wife had Cancer, so we went to Turkey for her to get operated on and then her and her mother and of course my son and I, all went back to Scotland so she could get Chemotherapy for 6 months.

It was a very stressful situation and so I told her to go with her mother to Turkey and I would stay in Scotland.  However, after a couple of months apart from my son I decided that I should try again with my wife in Turkey for the sake of him at least.

Within a year of moving to Turkey permanently my wife had another major breakdown and this time ended up breaking her back and busting her leg up real bad.

It took 9 months for her to walk again and the mother in law moved back in with us. The mother in law who's language I don't speak because I haven't gotten around to learning Turkish yet, being the lazy Brit that I am.

It was obvious we had to end the marriage so I sold another apartment I had so that I could stay in Turkey to be close to my son and to be there in case his mother got ill again.

Not surprisingly with me not in the house she had no problems but with me not being able to work legally here without a work permit I was trying to make money online and failing miserably.

I built a website called Antalya Living to write about my time here and to showcase the region of but I could never find a way to monetise it as chasing money is not a prime concern for me. I recently decided to import the blogs from there into my personal website as it was too much for me to maintain.

However, my money ran out eventually and I had to move back to my mothers house in Scotland with a view to setting up a life there.

While I was there I managed to get a few open mic gigs in Edinburgh and Glasgow. Here is a review with a few clips I got from Stephen Hamilton of Dafty News.

I came back to see my son after 8 months and realised that I should be close to him as he grows up and that I'd rather be skint beside the Beach than be skint in the cold and rain..

I came back to Antalya in 2014 and met a friend of the beach one night and this time only 11 months later I was married again to another Turkish lady.

My ex-wife's health took a turn for the worse and so luckily I was here for my son and my new wife got a surprise when he moved in with us as she wasn't exactly expecting that. Thankfully they learned to get on well.

I get really frustrated trying to earn money online and for the past two years I have been living on very little money on a week to week basis. I have no idea how I have managed to survive and it is a big pressure.

However, the stress of looking after my wife and son with little income led to my second wife and I splitting up and after many other trials and tribulations I decided it was time to leave Turkey and return to Scotland with my son in tow.

To support myself I built a website to sell videos at E-Video Agency although I have still to figure out how to earn money from it as I am busy with many things at one time.

I would rather like to write and create comedy and poetry without the constant worry of how I am going to feed and support him back in the homeland.

I am also prepared to travel around the country and write about my travels but I need funds to do that as well as buy the right equipment. The cameras I have do a job but they won't last forever that's for sure.

If you support me here on Patreon I would be very appreciative and so would my boy as he likes to eat from time to time....I am sure my ex's would even be happy too!

The personal site I mentioned before is my Billy Watson TV website which I had the intention to make into a membership site but again I really don't like chasing money and prefer to share from my heart.

If you check out my websites you will see the amount of effort I have put into various projects and I have never asked for anything. I have come to Patreon as I think it is ok to ask here and if you like conspiracy theories, sports, music and just engaging ideas and thoughts then I am sure we will build up a great relationship here.

I am looking forward to this new venture indeed.

I thank you in advance for any support you can offer me.
