About Bipolar Style

Bipolar Style™ talks about living your best life from a Bipolar perspective. We cover things like psych meds, mental health therapy, and peer support groups. We talk about relationships with family, friends and coworkers. And, we speak openly as people who have been labeled - not as those doing the labeling.

Many stories you'll hear on the show involve coarse language and suffering in the minds of our guests. Listeners are warned in advance - there are no episode-specific “trigger warnings.”

The show often ventures beyond Bipolar; depression, mania and hypo-mania - to include many other mental/health conditions like personality disorders, anxiety, trauma, loneliness, acceptance and addictions. You are not alone. In fact, we are legion ... for we are many.

We'd love to hear your story because it helps reduce stigma for others to know how “normal” we seem on the outside while we struggle inside. Think of it as an anonymous confessional.

You don't have to use your real name on the show. We get it. It doesn't matter if you have a quick share, or a longer promotion - we'd love to have you. The world needs your voice.

I will start a 501c3 nonprofit organization that will serve as a talent agency and content production for people labeled with modern brain conditions ranging from development disorders to mental illnesses.
