Urban goatherd, social medium, pop culturist.
Straight, white, middle-aged, male.
Autism, anxiety, OCD, depressive episodes.

There are no tiered rewards here. In fact, there are no rewards. Rather, if you feel there seems to be some benefit to writing my way (on Medium) through navigating the world anew with a diagnosis in hand, pitching in a least $1/month will help me through those moments where I feel like the writing isn't worth the anxiety of its effort, and I find myself mulling simply erasing everything I've written.

My profile on Medium contains highlighted passages from the writings of others which I've found especially resonant, my own responses to some of those passages, weekly posts collecting such responses, and the occasional full post of my own.

Note: I do not consider an autism diagnosis to be a marker of mediocrity. Rather, I consider my life, generally, to be mediocre, most people's lives, generally, to be mediocre, and mediocrity itself, generally, to be underrated. This pre-dates my autism diagnosis.
