About

Hey y'all--I'm an Austin-based Fusion "Bellydance" instructor and performer, creating solo performances with modern and sideshow aesthetic, leading my Serpentine Sirens student troupe, and collaborating with my talented dance and music friends for events.

I'm so excited to be teaching these MENAHT-focused tutorials for my online family--from brief combos to conditioning sequences to longer classes focusing on drilling basic movement with optional layering challenges!

If you're excited to see my upcoming projects, but don't feel like committing to online tutorials, feel free to donate to my page so I can keep creating content for our community. Every dollar helps me to continue devoting time to what I love most--this dance and our community--and I'm so appreciative for your support!

Please note the quotations for the term "bellydance" is to delineate this term as an antiquated and wholly disrespectful depiction of the contributing cultures in the evolution of this dance style, being a colonial term created to discredit and discriminate against said cultures and/or classes of individuals. I will do my best in my position as an educator to use this term as little as possible when describing my dance movement and business, as a means of bringing more respect to the cultures involved in this MENAHT (Middle East North Africa Hellenistic Turkish) dance form.
