I believe we all have a greater "us" that lives in us. I use fitness to bring that out of others. It's more than physical exertion, its mental barrier breaking of our habits. If I can help you believe that you are deserving of better health and a nice body you'd work for it. I push to connect with all people on a psychological level to change their habits with still getting the rewards they are used to. We all crave a sense of brotherhood, sisterhood, community, family, etc. so I create challenges to create that environment. Every challenge is created with the intention to motivate change for betterment physically and mentally. We practice correct form, proper breathing, meal prep guidance, and overall body development.

Goals

My goal is to build a gym on 3 acres of land. A 3500 sq. ft. indoor facility for weather conditions, and a 8200 Sq. ft. obstacle course to push the levels of fitness mentally with group meditation/visualization, and physically by sculpting their bodies in the elements. The goal is to host a Bravo Fit Games team competition every summer on the grounds of the facility. Challenging strangers to utilize communication and teamwork.
