I am an emulation developer; the author of higan and bsnes.

I am also a digital game preservationist.

It's my goal to create the most accurate SNES emulation possible. And to do that, I seek to acquire every SNES game from every region to scan, analyze, and document. Doing so allows me to provide bit-perfect emulation of games, ensuring both that their content and memory map layouts are correct.

I provide my database of preservation publicly here.
