Milestone Goals

Save Calm's butt

$100 per finished image

I'm slowly and painfully murdering my butt with my awful chair. At this goal I will buy a new comfortable chair, and you will have saved the life of one pair of Calm's buttocks.
As a bonus, at this goal you're also helping me pay off my student loan. Neat!

Tutorial: Interesting lighting

$200 per finished image

Once this goal is reached, I'll do a tutorial on how you can make a drawing look more interesting relatively easily with light and shadow. (The specific tools used will be Photoshop tools, but the general reasoning and ideas can be used regardless of where you draw and paint.)

Short comics

$600 per finished image

When this milestone is reached, I'll do a couple of very short comics. If all goes well, and I like it, I might continue doing it.

During these comic projects, the comic pages will replace the normal single illustrations I do for my updates.

Full time!

$750 per finished image

At this ridiculous goal I'll be able to stop doing any other work, and spend every workday just drawing cool stuff for you guys!

Animated painting

$1,500 per finished image

Animations are cool right? I will animate one of my paintings using After Effects. You can expect it to be an animated loop, a few seconds in length.

If you like my pictures, and would like to see me be able to continue focusing my efforts on art for adults, consider supporting me here.

My particular painting style takes a lot of time, so I will be aiming for 4 finished images each month. The number of finished images per month can vary though, from just 1 up to a maximum of 4. Because it does vary, you will be supporting me per image instead of per month or per week. This way, if I post fewer images one month, it costs you less. :)

The finished images you will be getting are usually fully colored single illustrations, but can also be fully colored comic pages.
