About
According to friends, CE Murphy began her writing career when she ran away from home at age five to write copy for the circus that had come to town. It is clear to her that she should let her friends write all of her biographies, because they’re much more interesting that way.
More prosaically, she is the Alaskan-born, Ireland-dwelling author of some 25 books, mostly fantasy novels, plus a variety of other shorter materials.

September 2015: The Old Races return!
Welcome to a continuation of my Negotiator Trilogy world, which is about a New York lawyer (pictured above! :)) who falls in love with a gargoyle, one of the five mysterious Old Races that live in the shadows of the modern world.
There will be two major parts to this project: 3-5 "origins" that will focus on pre-trilogy stories, and will eventually be collected in a print edition with the novella "Year of Miracles" as its anchor piece.
The second, longer part of the project will be "aftermath" stories that fall post-trilogy, including 6-8 new short stories and Grace O'Malley's novella, "Kiss of Angels." Those will also eventually be collected in a separate print edition.
I make no guarantee what order I'll be writing the stories in. It'll be some origins here, some aftermath there, I expect, but when it's done, all supporters will get an e-book of both collections and acknowledgements in the books.
I'll try to provide a bit more shiny stuff around the edges as time goes on, but for now, this is the hope, dream, plan and goal! Thank you all for being awesome!
