Natalie H. That's me every day. I rarely get the correct amount of sleep nightly, lol. Yesterday, I was able to go up to VA to bring Jr, Hannah & Jacob down to hangout for a week, before they go back to living with their dad. Let me tell you how much I don't want time to go by fast. Get in as many cuddles as I can, before giving them back. I hope you were able to get back to sleep.

Alex It happens also to me, when I let people know about my dreams or I sing in front of a big public.... after that I always spend the whole night thinking of all that I would like to get for a better future! I want a movie star lifestyle.. my life would make a good lifetime movie, hahaha I have to admit, it's been really amazing to be able to change with you through out the last few years.. as we go through life changes, good to know I wasn't the only one going through some crazy life changes.. Liliane MF Neubecker I was hoping you would mention the metaphor that the world is like a machine that doesn't come with extra parts. It's from the movie Hugo: "I'd imagine the whole world was one big machine. Machines never come with any extra parts, you know. They always come with the exact amount they need. So I figured, if the entire world was one big machine, I couldn't be an extra part. I had to be here for some reason. And that means you have to be here for some reason, too." caia.betters i read it may take around i think 16 months to get all the data back but on nasas site they have a few pictures but only in black and white untill the developed the rest

William Holz Are we sure the great filter isn't something we also made up because the universe doesn't conform to what we imagined back when we were paralleling space travel with sea travel? Life has a habit of crawling back up after extinction events and doesn't lose any of the new molecular machines that get invented along the way that enables increasingly more complicated life. This is one of the few times I saw one of the otherwise great scishow videos and felt like it needed a complete do-over because it may propogate misunderstandings more than it actually teaches.

Mark Warburton Using a technological comparison from our own world, we might be looking for the equivalent of smoke signals when the aliens have moved onto mobile phone communications. A Columbus-era explorer searching for signs of intelligent life remotely by trying to identify smoke signals probably would conclude that a modern metropolis is devoid of intelligent life. The same applies to us- we are probably too backward to see the technology that aliens that have had millions or billions of years of technological development are using.

i❤computers Already my fav epi!!! I say that cause POVs were a big thing among the maker community. Heck, we even added them to the spoke of our bikes (www.ladyada.net/make/spokepov). Seeing that moving average visualized and graphed and applying a POV video effect on that high-speed footage finally brought to light the illusion makers were exploiting all these years :D
