Hello and welcome to my Patreon page! My name is Chad Gallant and I'm a 20 y/o student studying Kinesiology and Health Science in Toronto, Canada. I am also a 81/89kg Olympic Weightlifter and have aspirations of competing for Team Canada in the Olympics one day! I started playing hockey when I was 5 years old and played at a high level until I was 16 which is when I found the barbell and I never looked back! Here on my page you will find many training programs you can use for everything from recreational strength training to highly competitive powerlifting or weightlifting. I hope to share my experiences training with all of you so that I can help to teach and spread the good word of strength and make programming more accessible and less of a secret.

I love working with athletes because there is a certain fire and purpose that you don't find in a regular gym goer. There is a reason for doing every rep, and doing it with purpose and knowing that every time you step in the gym is one step closer to your ultimate goal, whatever it may be.
