ADD A MONTHLY CHAT SESSION
Once a month, I will pick a day where I will do a chat on Twitter with my fans using a Hastag only my Patreon supporters will know about. This way our chats stay only with my awesome supporters here on Patreon.
ADD VIDEOS
Once I reach $500 per month, I will add short videos. Some videos will have me drawing a character for your enjoyment. I plan also to create videos which will have me answering your questions if your pledge level qualifies yourself to do so. This level of pledges will be added once we reach this goal.
NEW EQUIPMENT AND SOFTWARE
Currently for my drawings, I am using an OLD laptop whose mouse is not working properly. My scanner is tiny so I have to piece together scans which is just so wrong and time consuming. I need a big flatbead scanner and a new, desktop computer.
Constructing my strips is insane as well. I am using Photoshop CS2 which is buggy on my current operating system and bombs at the worst moments. For animation, all I have is the free video software that came with my PC. Yep, I did all that amazing animation with the free software. The free software is hard to use and does not allow me to easily drop in sounds in layers. If I am to continue with the animation,I am going to need better animation software as well.
If I can reach $1,000 per month, after three of four months I should be able to upgrade all of my needs and pump out more comics and sketches for my fans.

Ever hear the term "singing for your supper"? If I reach this goal, I will try and get at least one song recorded for everyone. I have a TON of silly parody songs written and ready to record. I will gladly make a monthly fool of myself if I reach this level!
QUIT MY DAY JOB
Insane goal right? Has anyone ever made that much per month here? Well, if I do see a monthly pledge of $25,000 per month coming in for a period of 6 months, I'll quit my day job and I will only work on my strip for my fans.

I am the creator of Charmy's Army. After three years of hard work, developing the comic strip Charmy's Army, I'm ready to take this crazy strip to the next level.

• Comic Con appearances

Hello! My name is Davy Jones and I love creating crazy comic strips. It is my passion.
My Patreon campaign has been established to raise money so I can promote my comic strip at Comic Comventions and so I can continue doing what I love, drawing my comic strip Charmy's Army. Together we will grow this cartoon into the greatest comic strip ever created!
To acheive my goal and continue producing this awesome comic strip, I need funding so I can promote myself at Comic Conventions. I have booked three this year. In May I will attend Comicpalooza, In July I will do Space City Con, and in August I will pitch my strip at Amazing Con. All are extremely expensive but will grow and expand my audience beyond imagination.

Yes, please only sign up to donate what you can easily afford. Even $1 per month will make a huge difference and would be greatly appreciated. My costs to produce this strip run me well over $100 per month with website fees, art supplies and production costs. Each Comic Convention costs me around $800 and that is without airfare included. I am only doing local shows in Houston this year. Next year, I would love to do shows in four different states... or more! Those shows will each run close to two grand each!!!!! So, I appreciate every cent I can get.
CAN I STOP DONATING, INCREASE, OR DECREASE MY DONATION?
