Hello, my name is Dadisi Olutosin and I'm a craftsman and creator. I'm a former full-time culinarian and restaurant professional turned full-time storyteller, instructor, and photographer.  Most of my work centers around food photography, shooting chefs and restaurants and food-based social justice advocacy.

In addition, write and tell stories about underrepresented people in the food and beverage industry via social media, blogs, magazine articles, and soon to be published books.  I'm a social justice advocate as well, with a focus on food waste, use of ugly food, food deserts, sustainable food and other things as they relate to proper access to healthy and sustainable food options.

Making a full-time transition to photography and photojournalism is like giving birth to a newborn.  You have to feed and sustain it in order for it to be healthy and grow.  The above provides a small fraction into my personage. There's much more as you will learn over time.

That said, it is my sincere pleasure meeting you. Thanks in advance for your moral and financial support.
