When my total pledges reaches $50 per video, I'll hold a live online concert where every patron is invited. You can request songs for me to perform and ask me questions about myself :)

Hi! I'm Christy-Lyn and I love to sing and play instruments. I create music videos for YouTube with ukulele, harp or piano. Hi there friends!
I'm Christy-Lyn from South Africa. I sing and play the harp/ukulele/piano. Since people enjoy watching my videos on YouTube, I thought I'd give you an opportunity to support me in a concrete way. I'll continue making free YouTube videos, but if you'd like to help out with as little as $1 per month, it would be amazing!
I enjoy performing live, but it takes extra time and effort to make YouTube videos for my supporters around the world and I'd love to be able to continue doing this. Your support on Patreon would give me the time to continue creating free videos and would fund buying my own equipment and instruments. For example I've just spent most of my savings purchasing my own harp, exciting!! It was extra pricey because I live in South Africa so I had to ship it across the world! I still borrow most of my recording equipment from my father and I think it would be a good idea for me to get my own so he can have the use of his own equipment more often :)
I'll aim to post one video per week. On Patreon a pledge is usually per video I upload, but you can set a limit to the amount you'd like to pay per month. So if I happen to get super inspired and create hundreds of videos in one month (unlikely)... you won't end up poor and bitter. Also, you'll get rewarded according to how much you choose to contribute per video. Check out the rewards below, it includes things like a personal online concert or a telephone call from me (wouldn't it be fun to meet in this way!).
Our South African currency is pretty weak, so any donation would count a lot for me. If you can't support me financially at this time, no worries! I'll still post free YouTube videos and you can contact me through Facebook. One day when you're rich you can pay me the big bucks ;)
