When we hit this, well, I'll be elated! :) I'll upgrade my aging graphics tablet and pick up something a little more up to date and start churning out more art.
Fan Art Friday!
Let's draw something fun! When we get here I'll set aside a chunk of time on Fridays to do fan art, something fun, something whimsical....or something absolutely soul-crushing, who knows? :) I'll take suggestions from you wonderful, wonderful patrons on what to draw and try my darnedest to draw them or at least my own little rendition of them :D

Whoa, insane, let's do this! Getting here, I'll set more time aside to do video captures of my work processes, all the workings that go on behind the curtain as I hobble my art pieces together, and aim to have a new video out every other week (hopefully every week once I get a new computer) :)

I'm a freelance illustrator, concept designer, father, husband, and bearer of many smiles and whenever I'm not working for my family's business or spending time with my family, I'm usually drawing something, somewhere.

I'm Aaron Nakahara, a perpetually-happy illustrator of fun things, living on a small island in the Pacific with my wife and little boy, and it is my great pleasure to meet you! First off, I would like to thank you for stopping by, just having you peek in here makes me smile and I appreciate that very much. Secondly, if you're a follower from Twitter or Tumblr or DeviantArt, then thank you very, very much for all the support you've shown me, it is unquantifiable and has meant the world to me.
I love to draw, time- and work-permitting I try to create things everyday like sketches, illustrations, and doodles, and as much as possible I share that with everyone I can. Patreon is a venue that I'd like to pursue so that I can continue to share all of my creations with you awesome folks out there and connect directly with supporters of my art.
