Hey Everyone!

Thank you for visiting my Patreon page, I appreciate your interest in what I'm creating. Everything I publish on YouTube and my website is free for everyone to enjoy. You don't have to become a Patreon to view my website, videos, or listen to the podcast. Contributing on Patreon is a choice, not a requirement. Which is one of many reasons I like it. It allows me the freedom to create without boundaries so I can bring you authentic content without the influence of corporate sponsors.

With your pledge, I will be able to have more time to dedicate to the following three endeavors. My goal is to constantly improve the quality of this content by upgrading gear, visiting new places for exciting content, and traveling to interview unique individuals for the podcast. In addition, the documentary detailing my experience of transitioning from the corporate world to a life on the road will be released this winter, I'm extremely excited to share this film project! All of this requires resources and I'm extremely grateful for you believing enough in these endeavors to pledge your support.

I'm currently focused on three projects...

Documentary Film Project - Eyes Wide: Life on Simpler Terms. "The goal of the documentary is to open the eyes of our audience to the possibility of following their dreams by living a more simplified life. As humans, it's so easy to get bogged down and overwhelmed with day to day activities resulting in the loss of who we really are. We inadvertently allow material possessions to define us in a way that isn't healthy and often invest our time/energy into areas which end up not providing the satisfaction we hoped to achieve. This can create the feeling of being "lost" or "in a rut" yet we push on to the next chapter believing it will provide a better sense of self worth only to find yet another uninspiring endeavor. I wasn't sure what I would find or experience by living in nature full time. I just had faith and hoped this lifestyle change as a minimalist living outdoors would free up time for me to do the activities I enjoyed most - backpacking, hiking, fishing, writing, spending time with my dog, listening to nature sounds, watching animals in their natural habitat. All of these things make me a better person and puts me in a position to be a positive influence on my immediate surroundings. We hope to capture this essence in the film inspiring others to make similar choices to improve their lives by focusing on the activities that truly make them happy. So far we've captured some incredible experiences and we'll be wrapping up filming in March 2018. This Spring and Summer will be spent editing the film and we hope to have the documentary completed Fall of 2018. We're looking forward to sharing this project with you!" - Brian

YouTube Videos - Colorado Backcountry Adventures Channel. I have been living the nomadic lifestyle since July 2015 and started to get into recording videos on how I live about a year ago. I love sharing my unique experiences with others and hope to encourage people to simplify, downsize, and enjoy life. My video endeavors focus on three main areas...off-grid living, full-time truck camping, and full-time winter camping in the Colorado Rockies. Here's an example from each category...

- Off-Grid Living

Full-Time Truck Camping

- Full-Time Winter Camping in the Colorado Rockies

Colorado Backcountry Conversations - Your Outdoor Adventure Podcast. This endeavor focuses on those individuals who choose to live out their passion for adventure in the wilds of nature. I've teamed up with Barron Link and Craig Coleman, two fellow full-time nomads, to bring our audience unique and authentic conversations from people who are in nature 100% of the time. We have some great special guests lined up so tune it at my website or subscribe at our iTunes Channel.

Hey look at that...it's my first GOAL! Apparently you may think what I'm up to is a worthy endeavor and want to come along on this wild ride with me. Once I achieve this initial goal of $500, I'll reserve some time at my co-work space in Buena Vista, CO and setup a Virtual Hangout to celebrate with our entire Patreon crew (I'll be sure to notify you a few weeks in advance). Together, we'll figure out a few topics of discussion and see where the conversation goes. I'd love to get some suggestions on topics for new episodes for the podcast "Colorado Backcountry Conversations", I think your ideas will be vital to keeping the content fresh. Thanks for joining me on this journey!
