I am Deedre Conkey: former high school English teacher, aspiring motivational speaker, and passionate lifelong learner. I’m on a mission to talk about ALL the things: mental health, living with ADHD and anxiety, physical limitations, cultural bias, societal expectations, manatees, and all the tabs that are open in my brain.
