Just recently my mid life crisis was pushed upon me.  I lost my job of the past 10 years, had to declare insolvency, awaiting a spinal surgery and suffering through stages of depression and anxiety.  Someone asked me what I was going to do next.  I wasn't sure was my reply.  Well, they said, what's the dream?  Interesting question.  Ask any kid what thier dream is and I would wager you get an answer right away, I want a puppy, I want to be an policeman, I want to win the lottery, etc etc.  Ask a 48 year old man what the dream is, well, lets just say reality muddies the waters a little.  Still, if I have to answer, and I do, the dream is to write, hike the trails I can, document them through photo's, writing and art.  The dream is to inspire other that no matter how down the rabbit hole you are, you can climb back out of it.  Please, if you are brave enough to take a chance on this overweight, broken, 48 year old man and feel I can add a little something to your day and your understanding of the way I look at the world, why not become my patron?
