Why I Write Fantasy
There are many genres that speak to me as a writer, but fantasy speaks to me the most. I'm drawn in by crumbling kingdoms, shaky alliances, and the mysterious origins of hired thieves and shapeshifters. In fantasy, magic and intrigue are as common place as trees are in a wild wood.

I write fantasy because I love it. Some of my writing is online. Some of it awaits publication, and the rest floats somewhere in between - penned in dark ink or exchanged in writing circles for fun.

I'm currently working on a twelve-novel saga. You can see a full list of them on my website, here.

Or you can read Part One of The Witch's Uprising on Wattpad
.

Here's what I do when I'm not writing novels:
  • Teach middle-grade students
  • Host reading challenges
  • Experiment with writing challenges
  • Maintain  Paper Palaces, a blog about crafting fiction, telling stories, and everything in between.
You can read more here.

YOUR SUPPORT HELPS ME:

  • produce higher-quality publications
  • provide more opportunities and avenues for sharing my creations
  • adequately pay independent artists, illustrators, and other professionals for their effort, artwork, designs, and resources
  • provide ad-free sites for all of my readers
In short, you make this dream possible.

Decide your role as a Patron:

  2. Previews of short stories, novels, and other projects before publishing them elsewhere.
  3. My attempt at videos and podcasts recapping behind-the-scenes happenings.
These rewards vary from post to post, but all patrons and followers receive regular public updates and behind-the-scenes information. Patrons see them first, of course!
