Hey Everyone, I'm Cyra Morgan, singer songwriter based in NYC. I've been singing and writing for as long as I can remember, this self expression is essential to me, my therapy. Over the past couple of years I've been building my career and sharing bits of my soul on SoundCloud and have connected with some incredible artists and some amazing people. This experience of sharing my music has become a sharing of a beautiful journey. You, my listeners and friends, give me the courage to keep going, to keep writing and allowing me to be my most vulnerable, my most authentic self through my music. For this I am forever grateful.
I have recently been featured by some amazing folks such as Flipboard, Propellerhead, CreatureMag UK and VKRS. My music has been played on various radio stations around the world and I am honored to mention that I was chosen as one of the top ten finalists in this year's Guitar Center's Singer Songwriter 2 Competition! I am currently playing in and around the New York City and New England area.

Alex Hauf-Belden The beach is beautiful here. It's just south of San Francisco on the north end of Monterey Bay. Dolphins and whales swim by and say hello. :)

David Allen Very nice video, looks like a lot of work went into that one. I was going to open an account today on SoundCloud to share some of my music with friends, but got stuck on the intro page listening to your audiobiography. I spent next couple of hours listening to your music then forwarded links to all of my friends and family. Your songs are amazing, thoughtful and inspiring! So much for getting my music uploaded…maybe tomorrow?

Alex Hauf-Belden Yes!! Cello and Cyra. A great match. Cyra listen to my new track on SoundCloud. It's piano, cello and native american flute. Mainly the cello sounds so warm and wonderful. The cello would be great with your guitar sound and vocals. I agree whole heartedly with Hjerlmuda.
