Daiso was born and raised in Singapore. He was never an art fan until he was much older.

He started writing in early 2013 during his stay in Melbourne, Australia as an International Student.During his time in Melbourne he met many local and foreign artists and also experimented with different street art mediums such as stickers and paste ups . After his move back to Singapore in 2014 he started to get into his experimental phase in fonts/typography for a about a year or two. The occasional trips to Jakarta, and Yogyakarta introduced him many new artists and writers who shared different techniques. In late 2015 he started writing his name in Tamil as opposed to the normal English fonts. Although challenging, Daiso does write in English occasionally. A member of “The Other Guys” crew in Singapore which was founded by Pure Libre in late 2015.

His YouTube channel is mainly to document his painting journey. Support through Patreon will help with making more content in the future especially since materials are really expensive.
