Hello, I'm dave columbus an artist for over 40 years. In those 40 years I've created art in a lot of different art styles. There's data art (accumulation of data turned into pretty pictures), pen & ink drawings, medieval manuscripts (both traditional paints and digital), movie narratives (timeline for a movie showing all interactions of the characters), character networks (sort of a social network for a book or movie), 4-color process digitally (designing comics duplicating that 4-color process on newsprint), designing with public domain images (golden age comics, 19th century posters, classic paintings, postcards), faux scripts (creating English scripts that look like foreign languages), memes (comic are with strange but appropriate quotes), comic images (both new and old), and most recently turning photos into specialized comic book pages.

At any time I may have half-a-dozen projects moving forward. Some projects may take months of development while others can be finished in one sitting. It's a nice variety and helps the work from getting stale. I will create a tag to describe these individual art styles.
