LIVESTREAM!
I've never done a Livestream before, but man...I know I'd love the chance to look over an artist's shoulder as they work! If we reach this milestone, I'm getting a good camera and make that happen once a week. Available to all Patreon subscribers.
About
Dave is author and illustrator of weird comics and novels. His most popular works are (thus far) Ghost Zero and Doc Monster. Dave ran over a cow once with a tractor. She was fine.

I'm a lucky guy. I get to tell cool stories. It's kind of a calling for me, actually. If I'm not creating, life feels pretty empty and frustrating. I've been creating comics and writing novels since 2007.
You can't create from nothing, though. Doing this stuff takes paper, pens, markers, lights, scanners, computers, and so on.
That's where Patreon comes in.

With your support, I get to keep doing the stuff I love and that (hopefully) you enjoy. I can continue to improve as an artist and a storyteller, and get the tools to reach out to more people. Better videos of the process, better audio for chats.
With Doc Monster, specifically, I plan to finish this epic story and get it published in a cool hardback book. Maybe something with one of those retro, canvas covers. I'm such a geek. :)
Anyway, Patreon is great for me because I get to continue doing what I love, and it's good for subscribers because they get insider stuff that no one gets to see....in-process pieces, sketches, art give-aways and more.

So, how does it work?
When you create an account on Patreon, you select what level of support you want to give each update. I typically update 3-4 times a month. Set a limit as to how much you want to spend. You won't be billed until the 1st of the following month, and you can cancel at any time.
I hope you'll consider subscribing and supporting me along this journey. If you can't, I hope you'll tell someone about what I'm doing. Let's have some fun!
