I love making puzzles and providing them for free on my blog, The Griddle. Instead of making a ton of the same type of puzzle, as I would for a book, blogging allows me to make a more eccentric variety of puzzle types, and my notebook is full of them.

Sadly, the graphic design, test-solving, and posting portion of the work is the most tedious bit and I often neglect it. My blog postings will always be free, but by supporting my puzzle-creating endeavors, more of those puzzles (maybe hidden gems?) will make it from my notebook to the web.

You can follow my puzzle works directly on The Griddle, but I also provide updates via short bird messagesthe blue one with the F, and addition.

Quick facts:
  • I post roughly 3-6 times per month
  • I'm terrible at writing crosswords
  • My two biggest crowd favorites are Area 51 (slitherlink meets masyu and corral) and Sudoku (and its variants)

Goals
$21 of $25 per puzzle posting
At this goal level, I'll get a feel for the most popular puzzle type and do a theme week for that type.
