About DBT and Me Podcast

Hey, everyone! Thanks for checking out our Patreon page. We're Kate and Michelle, two mental health therapists in the Seattle, WA area. We've seen over and over again how much DBT (Dialectical Behavior Therapy) skills help our clients (and us in our personal lives!). We wanted to make the "DBT and Me" podcast so everyone can learn these skills! We don't want cost or geographical location to be barriers to you improving your mental health. 

That being said, we want to be able to continue to devote time and energy to keeping this podcast going and your monthly contributions help us do that. Both of us are business owners in private practice and our income depends on how many paying clients we see each week. While doing this podcast is something we love, we also know it means taking time that could be spent seeing clients to make it happen. We appreciate your contributions more than you know!
