About David March Fleming (ddprogram)

NEW! 16" acrylic TRON prints on 12"x24" canvas!

Greetings, programs! I’m David March Fleming (ddprogram), and I’ve been a TRON fan since the film's release in 1982. I started as a kid programming Apple ][ and Commodore computers, and today I’m a computer scientist and digital artist.

Become my patron to gain Group 7 access to my SDCC cosplays and other private memory files at flemingcomputer.com/tron

Last year, we made Kevin Flynn T-shirts and created a YouTube channel hosting a number of TRON fan videos. The videos covered the T-shirt making process, and also began starring me as D.D., an original program I created that will feature in the pre-TRON cycles.

In 2019, we’ll continue making more cool TRON stuff, and we'll produce more videos that feature evolving special effects and techniques. Also this year, we’ll start writing a TRON prequel series. TRON took us inside the computer, giving us a glimpse of our future together as Users and programs in the age of personal computing. But there is so much more to explore! Beginning with a pilot episode, we’ll explore events leading up to the classic film, experiencing the world inside and outside the computer through the perspectives of new characters, programs, and Users. We'll revel in the promise of computing to free us all, and we'll grapple with forces that seek to enslave programs and Users alike - both inside and outside the computer.

This year is going to be a lot of fun! Likewise, this year will also be challenging, and the cycles won't always be kind. But like the man says, there are no problems - only solutions! Become my patron, and together we’ll keep the circuits lit in 2019 with great new TRON stuff as we re-rez this magical world of endless possibility!
