Hi, my name is Dean Adams. I have two Fellowship degrees, in guitar and vocal performance. I write songs, produce/perform and have been teaching professionally for many year.

If you have found this page through one of my da'play backing tracks, you will probably want to learn more about playing and improvising on the guitar.

For me, da'play, is a collection of my personal favourite play along backing tracks that I use to focus on particular scales and chord combinations.

Here, I will share with you the methods and ideas I use that will help you to play more convincingly over the da'play backing tracks such as:

  • scale and chord diagrams
  • visualisations of the fretboard
  • musical short cuts
  • melodic ideas and approaches
  • theory explained in plain English
  • your questions answered

If my ideas help you to improve your playing ability, then feel free to become my Patreon.
