Hey there and welcome to my page! For a quick and brief run-down on who I am, my name is Debby; I am your typical young'un who has a very strong sweet tongue, and you'll see my face light up at the sight of gummy candies, ice cream & milkshakes, or as far as my savory cravings go....anything cheesy! Any all all kinds would do: american cheese...parmesan cheese..havarti cheese..cream cheese...woah, let me stop myself right there. However, I had no idea that my weight struggle from youth came down to what I was eating, and in the quantities that I would eat them. I thought I would forever be stuck at being overweight at best because of the foods I liked...that is, until I realized I could still eat the things I like, and lose weight.

But how, you ask?
I would take so much of my time trying to recreate fast food recipes, or any desserts- things I was obsessed with, but make them healthy. I would get down to trying to understand the need of any and every ingredient placed in a recipe, to see what purpose it serves in making the end product of the food I was craving. Woah. Turns out a lot of our food is filled with lots of sugars and unnecessary fats, and they're not needed, at least not in those quantities, to make delicious food. With me playing with the proportions of ingredients in my healthy at home concoctions, I finally found a way to satiate my taste buds when one of these cravings would hit.

Within a few months of making substitutions, via swapping out healthier substitutes in recipes, I finally began shedding pounds. I even started to wonder...how is it that, I can make a meal myself, and have it be a significantly lower calorific value, tastier, and larger in quantity than anything I could order anywhere, be it a restaurant, or a frozen item? I finally got it.

They key is being in control of your ingredients.

My recipes, as of now, are meals for one. Everything is delicious, and will be healthy. Nutritional information, such as the calories, protein, and fiber, will be listed with every meal. They won't ever require many ingredients. I am the type of person that gets overwhelmed at the 7+ ingredient mark, and I don't like to spend more time than I need to to cook or bake, probably like you. 

Once you see how easy it can be to make healthy meals for yourself, you won't want to turn back. Now, you can finally stop stressing about your weight loss goals. Just eat good, homemade food, and every week, get a chance to tell the pounds you lost, "thank u, next."

With this tier, you will receive a total of 10 recipes a month! These recipes will be different from the standard tier, and this tier is ideal for someone who has needs to eat a higher protein diet. These meals are guaranteed to have at minimum, 20g protein a serving, and never exceed 350 calories. Satisfy your cravings with me + build muscle!!
