The mesopelagic zone, or twilight zone lies 200 to 1,000 meters (about 650 to 3,300 feet) below the ocean surface. Animals in the twilight zone help support the ocean’s food web. Just as the sea creatures in the Twilight Zone help support the ocean's food web, our Patrons at this level help support us...and OUR food web!
