Hi!
I have this page because I spend a fair amount of time making stuff that doesn't make any money. I blog about superheroes and robots. I make videos about karaoke culture. I write plays and screenplays (this is the thing I do that comes closest to making money, yet still manages to make almost no money). I have and have had real jobs too, but I continue to do the things which don't seem like real jobs because they don't make much money.
And that's fine! I mainly like it when people just like my stuff. But occasionally I need burrito and beer money. So if you would like to patreonize my stuff with money, that'd be excellent! If you just like my stuff but can't spare any money for my burritos, that's great too.
Tiers
Strafes
$1 or more per month
$1 is a big deal!
Nosecones
$3 or more per month
$3 is a bigger deal because we feel life in threes. Beginnings, middles, ends. Ya know?
Lightspeeds
$8 or more per month
$8 is like buying your buddy a beer or a burrito! Significant but low-commitment.
(This tier will enable more regular podcasting, in which you will surely be mentioned by name.)
Afterburners
$16 or more per month
$16 is a default amount for daring someone to do something.

(I'll tweet affectionately and write a poem for you.)

Scattershots
$50 or more per month
Fifty bucks is highly generous and I'll do something to show my appreciation for you, even if you don't really like burritos.
(At the least, I'll get you a t-shirt with an amusingly obscure reference on it.)
Computrons
$100 or more per month
This is like the "you are serious about this being a patron of the arts thing" level, and will earn commensurate reward for you, as soon as I figure out what that would be.
(Probably more cosplay karaoke videos will happen at this point.)
Goals
6% complete
Chinese and Jewish people share the superstition that the number 8, and $ gifted in multiples of 8, are extra-auspicious.

Everyone who becomes a patron gets the option to have their name written into this play I’m writing, in which there is a very thrilling and suspenseful scene of petition signature-gathering. Possibly it will be the most exciting petition scene ever put forth in the annals of Western Democracy! Possibly.
