It is literally impossible for me to be able to reply to all of your DMs on Instagram. It's a nice problem to have, but I wanted to create a place where you could reliably get an answer to your messages Monday to Friday.


This tier will enable you to message me on this platform with the addition of fortnightly live streams.


After the first 150 patrons the tier price will go up so take advantage early!

Skype (30mins)
$60 or more per month

This tier gets you 30 minutes of my time over Skype each month to discuss your relationship with food and talk through some strategies moving forward. The first month‘s video chat will include an extra 10 minutes to help me get to know you.


You also get the benefits from the $7 tier. That means that you can follow up said Skype conversation over the rest of the month via message.

$100 or more per month

This tier gets you 1 hour of my time over Skype each month to discuss your relationship with food and talk through some strategies moving forward. The first month‘s video chat will include an extra 15 minutes to help me get to know you.


This can be split into two half hour sessions if more appropriate.


You also get the benefits from the $7 tier. That means that you can follow up said Skype conversation over the rest of the month via message.
