Hi there! I'm Paul Mitchener, also known as Dr. Mitch in RPG circles. I've written and coauthored several RPG products, including Blood of the Gods, an ancient Greek setting for the Wild Talents RPG, the Fate-based RPG Age of Arthur (with Graham Spearing), and Crucible of the Dragons, a fantastic island setting for OpenQuest (with Simon Bray).

One of my favourite things is historic fantasy, and I have too many ideas! The sad thing is that not all my ideas make it into complete products. I need the help of patrons to rectify this unfortunate situation- to get more of my ideas out there, supported by a customised light version of the Fate RPG rules.

The first setting was Hunters of Alexandria, which presents a fantastic version of Alexandria early in the years of the Roman occupation. The next project will be World of Herodotus, which presents the world known to the Ancient Greeks through the often fanciful writings of the Father of History. Scenarios as well as settings are also on the cards. I aim to bring out something new every three months or so.

Sneak peek- if you back me at this level or above, you'll get to see the documents before they're laid out or fully edited, still raw and wriggling. If there's something else you would like included at this stage, please mention it, and I'll include it in the final version.

At this level, if you suggest a historic fantasy setting, I'll work to produce it! Naturally you will also get a copy of anything I produce.
Goals
$149 of $200 per setting or scenario
My settings will include rules for a light version of the Fate RPG, and will contain further detail. I will also make the SRD for my light version of Fate available to patrons at the $5 level and above. This light version is based, with permission, on the well-received Jadepunk RPG.
