Milestone Goals
Lucky Luke Part-Time
$750 per month
With $750 in funding, we'd be able to clear Luke's freelancing schedule and he'll be able to devote Friday and Saturday to working on projects for eXtv. This would definitely facilitate our production of the Top10 and Top5 series, as well as allowing Luke to create more MoGs and Frag Videos.
eXtine, full-time!
$1,750 per month
If we can reach $1750/month, eXtine will be able to leave his restaurant job, become available to cast, organize, and create content all week long! We'll be able to put together community events throughout the week and vastly increase the amount of videos that eXtelevision can put together. His estimated output would be organizing 4 daytime casts (nighttime in Europe) and 4 nighttime casts (west coast time zone consisting of varying styles of content in a week, as well as organizing a full day tournament once a month. eXtine will be available to assist others in the community and do everything possible to benefit growing the competitive TF2 community.
Lucky Luke goes full-time.
$3,500 per month
If we can reach this goal, Lucky Luke will be able to devote full-time attention to eXtv and we'll be able to relaunch the weekly production of eXtelevision. Luke's estimated output would be two MoG or GoM videos every workday (depending on clip submissions), Top 10 & Top 5 released two weeks into the following month, one frag movie a month and / or a post produced cast every week. Luke's video production skills will be further put to use creating broadcast assets and promotional videos for community events.

About

eXtelevision was founded at the end of 2009 and is primarily composed of eXtine and Lucky Luke.

eXtine has a degree in Film Studies and has been putting that to use in the eSports world since the beginning of 2010. Team Fortress was the first eSport he fell in love with, way back in 1999 with the release of TFC. Other video games that shaped his development as a gamer were Counter-Strike, Enemy Territory, THPS, Mario Kart Double Dash, and of course Team Fortress 2. Outside of eSports, he plays frisbee golf, goes bouldering, and enjoys cooking.

Lucky Luke has over a year of professional experience in film and animation, and currently works for a local animation studio in the Netherlands. He’s completely self-taught, mostly by making TF2 related videos as a hobby since 2010. Luke is a hard working dutch drummer with lots of passion for making free, high quality TF2 videos.

Top PatronsSee all 63

eXtelevision has been creating coverage of the TF2 eSports community for the past four years. We're looking for support from Patrons in order to get eXtine and Lucky Luke able to focus on producing content for the TF2 community full-time.

With full-time availability, eXtine will be able to commit to at least 4 daytime casts (nighttime in Europe) and 4 nighttime casts a week (west coast, wrapping up by ~10pm pst). We'll be covering competitive matches, organizing events, and putting together a lot more tutorial content. eXact scheduling will be determined as we get closer to our goal, but there are so many possibilities of events that could be created or supported given the time to do so.

If we can reach our goal of supporting Lucky Luke, then it will definitely be possible for us to bring back eXtravision. We'll also be able to turn out more frag and highlight videos such as event specific top 10s.

Collaborating with others in the community will remain a priority of eXtv and we will do everything we can to help the entire community prosper. We want to work for you and with the other great people in the community that share our goals.
