About Eat for Endurance
Welcome to my Patreon page! I am a NYC-based Registered Dietitian and running coach, and recently launched the Eat for Endurance podcast to share nutrition tips for longevity in life and in sport. Through a combination of solo episodes, interviews with fellow dietitians, and athlete nutrition profiles, I hope to demonstrate that there are many different pathways towards optimal health and sports performance, and that balanced, healthy eating is so much more than achieving a specific ratio of proteins, fats and carbs. This is a one-woman show that I am currently doing without sponsors and for fun, so any kind of support (financial, feedback, reviews etc) is very much appreciated so that I can keep it going, especially once I have baby #2 in October!
