About Democracy at Work

August 1, 2022: We are excited to announce that effective September 15 this page will now support all of Democracy at Work’s projects and not just a specific show. We think this better aligns with our collaborative values. This way, our shows aren’t competing for supporters, they are working together to build one, diverse community!

Check out this FAQ page which will give you all the information you need to understand what is happening and why:

Democracy at Work is a non-profit 501(c)3 that produces anti-capitalist, progressive media. Our work analyzes our capitalist economy critically as a systemic problem and advocates for democratizing workplaces as part of a systemic solution. We seek a stronger, fuller democracy – in our politics, culture and workplaces - based on equal collaboration and shared leadership by workers inside enterprises and throughout society.
