Patient shows signs of admiration and adoration of Ele Nichols and/or their content. While ad-free entries and early access have had positive effects, I recommend more direct access to a Patron only Q&A and and invitation into the ward's Discord Server so we can continue to further monitor their progress.

Patient demonstrates a clear fixation with Ele Nichols and/or their content. They have consumed all available media, but their lust for more drives them to replay and review content over and over again. Perhaps physical stimuli can help curb more concerning behaviors? I recommend a monthly photo postcard be mailed out to the patient and that they have more direct, but controlled access to the object of their desire.

About EleAMental Podcast

The EleAMental Podcast was started in 2012 by me, Ele Nichols. I was just beginning my gender transition and I was finding it hard to express what I was dealing with, so I decided to pick up a microphone in an effort to talk it out; a self-therapy session, if you will. I was also acutely aware of the lack of social conversations happening about being trans, which encouraged me to post it for others to hear.

In the near decade that has past, I've been comforted with messages from people who my words and experiences have managed to help. I'm always a bit surprised and humbled by the stories I've played some part in. I take comfort in sharing personal, sometimes embarrassing things, because every story can have a benefit for the right person who needs to hear it.

The podcast has evolved to many subjects, dealing with gender, sex, religion, and mental health. In some ways, it's also a love letter to Los Angeles (the city I live in) and a celebration of the "unique" experiences I've had living here.

If you've struggled with your identity, if you think no one can relate to your strange ideas or fetishes, or if you just need to hear someone else's embarrassing tales, you've found the right podcast for you.
