In this tier of support, you'll get everything from the lower tiers (Checklists and Discord Community support), but you'll also get access to me directly via Direct Message on Discord (or Patreon message).

At this level you are one of my limited-scope clients, since I am giving you one-on-one legal advice via direct message. This is an "retainer" type of relationship, where you are paying to reserve my capacity to respond to your messages. If you don't send me any DMs that month, you don't get a refund.

I will do a conflict check when you sign up, and if there is a conflict of interest, I will refund your money and recuse working with you. Typically this happens only if you are asking questions about an issue you are having with another business, and I already have represented that business (now or in the past). This is very rare.

In this tier of support, you get everything from the lower levels (Checklists, Discord, direct messages) but you also get to have one 15-minute one-on-one call with me, each month. We can have this call via phone or video conference.

At this level you are one of my limited-scope clients, since I am giving you one-on-one legal advice via telephone. This is an "retainer" type of relationship, where you are paying to reserve a call each month. If you don't use the call that month, you don't get a refund.
