If you really like Ephemera, and want it to flourish, I want you to feel good about donating. Each month, I'll send out either a limited edition sticker (you won't get the same one twice) or a short zine about the Internet (also no duplicates). This one's a higher $ gate because printing and mailing cost $ and I still want some left-over to cover research time and materials.

If you pick this, you still get all the digital rewards listed above. Thanks!

About Stephanie Bee

On Ephemera, host Stephanie Bee uses primary sources to tell stories that could have only happened on the Internet.

I've wanted to make this podcast for a couple of years now, but it was important to me that I do it right, in a way that matched the aesthetic and level of effort I wanted to put into the show. That means that each episode involves lots of research, multiple recording sessions from lots of different people, and then editing on top of that. Each episode of Ephemera takes at least ten or fifteen hours to make, spread out over the course of a few weeks.

I'd love to be able to put this out both often and for free, but I had to pick one. Right now, Ephemera releases one free episode a month. If you join, you'll gain access to all of those, with Patreon-exclusive commentary tracks and future mini-episodes, as well as the unreleased pilot episode. Patrons are the first people I reach out to about contributing a voice to the podcast - if this is something you're interested in, please get in touch.

Thank you for listening to Ephemera. You don't have to, and I really appreciate it.
$131.20 of $150 per month
Double the Ephemera. At this earnings goal, I'd be able to consistently release an extra mini-episode (at about 10+ minutes each) per month, at the same level of quality you've come to know and love.
