Milestone Goals
In-Depth, Wider-Covering Content!
If we reach $500 per month among patrons, I will be able to sustainably create (and continue to improve more and more upon) video and online content and continue to cover tech news and tutorials, as well as gaming content in a higher-quality, more in-depth manner without having to split my focus among many different work objectives.
This means the website will have more content than ever, I can work on newsletters, extra channels, podcasts, and more! This is all about getting more content to you.

Video Quality Upgrade
I work day in and day out to create the highest quality videos as I can. But at the end of the day, I'm only one person with an entry-level DSLR I bought in 2012.
If we can achieve at least $1,000-1,500 per month through Patreon, I can start to make gear upgrades and even start outsourcing some of my work so that I can focus on creating and shooting great videos for you.

Go full-time!
If we somehow were to reach $2500 from patrons, I would be able to sustainably create video and online media full-time.
This would mean:
multiple YouTube channels with consistent, daily content,
regular written content with a well-expanded platform,
better benefits through our YouTube sub-network,
more contests and giveaways,
regular live streams,
much more community involvement,
and regular podcasting!

My name is Adam Taylor, but I go by "EposVox" online. I make tech videos, as well as gaming videos with my fiancee, Chu, when we have time. We also vlog, too.
I run a few channels, most notably my EposVox channel on YouTube.
I also run the Geek Network for Freedom! I run the Geek! channel for Freedom!, as well.
I love to create. Writing, photography, video production, voice over production, graphic design - I love it all.
My main passions lie in games and tech media and video production. The majority of my free time and energy goes to video editing and production as well as written work for reviewing games and tech discussing community concerns, and encouraging others to simply have a good time.
These activities aren't free, though. They're actually pretty far from it. Video equipment is very expensive alone, not counting computer parts, game consoles, etc. I strive to create the highest quality work possible, which means investing a lot in expensive equipment. This money could be used for more mundane things. (Such as moving out - I still have to live with my parents!!)
My work takes a lot of time, as well. I put more work into my YouTube channels and website than many people put into their full-time jobs. I just graduated from university, so I could be working a "traditional" full-time job, but I see chasing this path as being more important for the time being.
My work takes time and money, but it's something I'd never want to stop doing. As the financial security of YouTube's ad revenue system continues to dwindle, it starts to seem more and more like I may have to push my online ambitions to the side as I devote more time to my unhealthy retail job.
I'm all about sharing important moments with my community, and I want to see that continue.

I've created content like this:
What do you have to do with it?
I have a small, yet strong following online for the content I produce. With the way YouTube's system works, no matter how strong a community may be, unless videos are constantly going viral they cannot support a content creator. "YouTube money" is not big bucks. It may have been that way a few years ago, but it's not that way anymore. That's where this Patreon campaign comes into play. Even just a few of you supporting my content through Patreon, I can continue what I'm doing - and do more of it - regardless of advertising, Content ID claims, or AdBlock usage, and without crazy in-video advertisements all the time.
How it would work:
You would be pledging any amount to support me monthly for the online content I create. My content will remain free, but the contributions from even just a few people can go a very far way towards a drastic increase in quality, frequency, and formats of content created. Those who donate will receive special thank-you's, inside looks at the creation process, as well as special opportunities for appearing on the channel itself!
All Patreon contributors will receive EARLY ACCESS to videos via a private Google+ Circle. (I will need you to send me a link to your Google+ profile/page so I can add you to the Circle for this to work.)
I'm currently working on other, higher tiers for contribution and will update my campaign accordingly. If there's a specific tier reward you would like to see in place before contributing, let me know and we will make something happen.
What Will Result:
Your donations will be used as effectively as possible to acquire better video and audio equipment and gear as well as games and tech for review, software to continue production, and items for giveaways.
The biggest obstacles to making videos come from living at home with my parents, and having to do outside work to earn money to make ends meet. If Patreon can bridge the gap of my side work, or even help us move out, then we can guarantee a spike in both video quality and quantity.
Once we start reaching comfortable milestones, I will be much more free to produce various types of highly-requested content:
I sincerely hope you consider contributing, and I know I won't disappoint you.
Thanks so much for your time,
- Adam / EposVox
