Hi! I'm Erin Burt! I program websites and make comics for a living. I currently live in Houston, TX. I am generally known as a silly person, and I have, perhaps, put some of that in my comics. Perhaps.
WHAT THE HELL DO YOU MAKE?
I already said I make comics. More specifically, my main project right now is Metacarpolis, a sci-fi-fantasy-whatever adventure about an unemployed minion, a retired magical girl, and the strange, strange city they live in. Metacarpolis formerly updated thrice weekly, but moved to a Monday/Thursday schedule recently. My previous projects include Works in Progress, a collection of semiautobiographical comics from 2010-2012, and Four Tales, a horror graphic novel I published in 2012 and 2013.

But WAIT, there's MORE! I have one comic in development, Chalk Mythology, which will follow the completion of Metacarpolis in hrm-hrm years from now. Chalk Mythology tells the story of a wayward immortal as he recounts his experiences to a newly adventurous pre-med student as they share a row on a cross-country train--AND MORE! Well, obviously there's more to the story than that. Geez.
More immediately, I am hoping to make a return to autobiographical comics! But I can only do that with your help, my lovely supporters! It's been a while since I last worked on autobio comics in Works in Progress, so I am hoping to launch:
PICKLEWHISTLE!

Well, it doesn't exist yet, but with your help it can become a reality! It's a new series of autobiographical comic that I will start... if I can support it!
As for the name... hey, don't ask me. Seriously. I don't know. I just like weird things and think it's time for a change.
