Hi! I'm Sabretoothed Ermine - you can call me Ermine, Sabre, Woozle, or plain old Beth, whatever you like. I'm 26 years old, and for the last eight years have been lucky enough to make a living doing what I love best: art! Specifically, anthropomorphic or "furry" art. I attend a convention now and again where I sell prints and original paintings; but what I do 8 hours a day, 5 - 6 days a week, is just unique illustrations commissioned by equally unique (and utterly wonderful!) people from around the world.
I truly love my job, and hope to be able to continue doing it for the rest of my life (and not just because, having dedicated my life to art, I have no skills or experience in anything else ;P). However, I do find that it doesn't leave me much time to indulge my own creative spirit, and long-term my muse has to get some satisfaction if I'm to avoid going any more insane (heaven forbid! ;3). So I thought I'd give this Patreon idea a try!

Your support will give me a little extra time to work on totally self-motivated, personally inspired artwork - art from the heart!
In recent years, I've sometimes found myself wishing I had a bit more time for "me" art: art that comes from my muse, my ideas, my heart. The style and subject matter will be basically the same as my regular, commissioned work; animals, particularly anthropomorphic ones, have always been my subjects of choice, so you furry fans needn't fear that I'll stray far from my roots ;3 But you'll get to see what happens when I have complete freedom over what I want to create, and get to know the "real" ermine better. You can expect art that is cute, sexy, fun and maybe even (sometimes) beautiful.
Please note that while nudity is allowed on Patreon within reason, I will not be creating any artwork that is pornographic (explicit close-ups, bodily fluids etc).
- As a patron, you'll get to see WIPs of current projects and share in discussions on thoughts and ideas. I would love to hear what you think of my work, and what you would like to see more of.
- If you pledge $5 or more, you'll also receive a full-quality, 8.5x11" .PNG file of every piece I complete (please do NOT share this file, sell prints or re-distribute it in any way).
- This is a trial endeavor for me, but if it does well, in the long term I will also look into other ways to reward patrons such as tutorials and chat sessions.
If you're new to Patreon, remember that it's FREE for you to join and that your pledge is based only on how much art I create (if you've pledged $5, that $5 will only be charged if and when I submit a new, completed artwork). That means that if my muse runs dry or I'm too busy with work to do any other art for a while, you won't pay me a dime ;P In the last few years, I've only done about three or four full, non-commissioned artworks per year, so you probably don't have to worry about it costing too much; however, you can also set a cap on how much money you send me (regardless of how much art I produce). You can cancel your pledge to me or unsubscribe at any time.
