About Evan Oberla
Hi, I'm Evan. I'm a human, musician and SLOW DOWN activist based in New Orleans.
For my whole life, I've been making music. For the entirety of my adult life, I have made my income mainly by playing trombone for people, either live or on recordings (you can check out my bio/discography on my website). I also have been writing and producing my own music for some time, and I am excited to share more of that with the world.
Speaking of the world, it continues to shift monumentally, and as such, the music business keeps evolving. Being able to connect to you directly allows for a continuous flux of vibes, music, pondering thoughts, poetry, a unique look inside the creative process, plus free downloads of my music, all while you are directly helping an artist continue to live and create. This is especially true in this time when all music venues are shut down and will be most likely for the better part of the next few years.
