Welcome to EZ at Home, my new recipe share on Patreon. Stuck at home in this uncertain time, it sure seems like we’re all turning to the kitchen for a sense of comfort, normalcy, and a straight up way to pass the time. I’ve published a lot of recipes over the years, though not so much the stuff I prepare nightly for the fam. The dishes I'll be posting here are pretty modest and many can be pulled together in less than an hour. They are balanced and healthy-ish, though boldly seasoned and comforting. I’ll be publishing three recipes a week, which are subscription only content.

100% of the proceeds from your generous subscriptions will be donated to independently owned restaurants in Chicago & suburbs that I love and inspire me. Restaurants are struggling to make ends meet in this time of crisis, some of the hardest hit businesses by social distance & shelter in place orders. It’s a small gesture, but I hope that you’ll consider the livelihood of these businesses, which are such vital threads of the cultural fabric of our city. I will update regularly about who I donate to, with a brief introduction to the folks & their food.

No one knows how long this thing will last, but I've got at least about two months of content. When I run out of things to post, I will make all posts free to public view. You should unsubscribe at the time.
