I have an empire of badges, nerd novels and artwork - you can't ignore me now!!

Hey, guys - I'm J E HALDEMAN or Jill as you'd probably know.
Ok so, my last sections of Patreon KNOWLEDGE went totally overboard!
Below is a small tidbit about what I do, and what I hope to achieve...
Reminding myself, that this isn't Kickstarter! 
(And by small I mean, I describe my books, my art and badges etc. - and stop focusing so much on myself and more my work! :P )

NOVEL WRITING: CATHARTIC NIGHTMARE SERIES

A set of novels rampaging across the comic-book sci-fi fantasy genre hoping to rock your socks off.  The first two are written, and the first of those two is actually in editing/beta reading stages.  The second is in limbo, waiting to be typed up.    I would call these mature reading, as I swear a lot - and do righteous mental damage to my characters, and they kinda get freaky on accident in each of the books.  I so find that hilarious, they couldn't keep their damn pants on!  (Ok Disclaimer: I have millions of times I've read my own book, but remembering key details means having a brain. I don't have one of those, so the details in this paragraph are SLIGHTLY altered towards the actual information.)
TALE OF SOULS
The story bases itself around a girl who's around the age of seventeen, who's been suffering from 'narcoleptic fits' and 'visions of weird things' as she calls it - she's uplifted from her school, her home and thrown into a van and left unconscious.  What happens next?  She wakes up in an unknown area, seemingly like a morgue - but more like a scientific lab.  From there the story progresses into figuring out "She" is now a "He" - and these visions weren't just nightmares.   Split into three beings, and spending the rest of the story trying to figure out why the world's about to end.  Seems fun huh?  It's the story told by Justin David Terrance, and there are elements of love, disgust, encounters of the third (not the forth, that's a butt thing according to Sam Winchester)  kind, displays of minor romance, and action and drama.  Please note, the three splits in the foreseeable future all have the ability to fuse with other people.   Lily, Ryan, and Justin pretty much go through hoops only to realize the world really isn't meant to end - they were just tricked into being a weapon. 
 
Flames of Halcyon
This is the story that tails along with Skylar Phoenix Makara aka Kaji.  A flame wielder of Ukrainian heritage,  and, of course, a friend of sorts to many characters in the first novel.  His story is a similar tale, yet told through his own eyes.   He attempts to distance himself from his family, and his heritage after a freak accident in Tokyo at the age of 13.  His abilities while natural were fast-tracked during an experiment - that was due to indignance towards his family (Psychos none the less!). We learn that the world is still meant to end, and the weapon hasn't been let off his lead the way the enemies would like.   Kaji sends himself on a mission to rescue and save his friends - engaging in some of the weirdest (shh, fourth kind might be in this one?) missions yet.  


Legion of Wolves
This is the tale of Ryan, who is considered one of the three 'splits' per se from an original body Lillian Merideth Hotchstettler.  So far, it's not finished, but the idea is mainly similar-  following Ryan's end of the story.  Basically, it entails notation about his life as the supposed weapon and tool of the enemy (Which I'd name, but hell it's easier to say enemy...).  It also shows his attachment as a love interest to a certain Hoshii'an named Yasuo (Ok so they kinda would be what i call THE FIFTH KIND ENCOUNTER LOL!).  Please note, there are EASTER EGG style spoilers i can't post cause no matter how much I manage to mention SIR KRH - sir KRH is well, not meant to be known about until at least halfway through each of the books.  I'll be able to let you know more about Ryan's story as the book progresses.


....Also I'm writing a REALLY RANDOM futuristic short story based in this world of mine, about Justin's life after a certain year in the future! :)

(Also, there were other books that had been started before these... but these had to be written, they forced my hand - my characters don't love me anymore!) 

DIGITAL ART
Yea, this one's a fun one to literally write about - I draw, I color and I try to be the best that I can be.  The thing is, I'm not perfect.  My writing is 1000% better than my art, but some of my art is 3D based by crafting my characters in Second Life.  Some of my art is digital, and some of it is traditional.

I have a habit of making promo art for my books, and they're not even out yet - By the way, you can't see the one in the red hair - HE DOESNT EXIST (yet?) to you!  (He's secret!)

BADGE MAKING EMPIRE

OH GOD- HERE WE GO!

This is the empire of accessories, jewelry and other goodies that I've been taking to markets for the past year and a bit.  Some are fan based badges, and some have featured my own art.  Many are either Poker Chip, Flat Bottle Cap or Recycled Bottle cap.  I'm working on a load of other items for my future events as well.   Your patronage helps me get through to making more of these, cause I know people for ever and a day at events have loved them.  I hoard them, and then I cry if I have to sell them.  

 





I've had my items featured at ARMAGEDDON EXPO, and other local markets.  It's been a great and fun ride trying to earn money - but it has been proven that this is not earning me enough to sustain writing my books.  I adore crafting now, and it's a great tool to promote things.   Also, it's a great way to add my art to a new format.

New products are coming in as I figure out new types of formats to create and enjoy.
