I'm not a therapist, psychologist, psychiatrist, or nutritionist. I'm just a human trying to make sense of what it means to live life and love life while wearing the skin we're in. 

In order to keep the podcast up and running--including web hosting, podcast hosting, social media scheduling, and Skype charges--it actually costs me several hundred dollars a year. Moreover, I spend hours every week recording, editing, writing, creating graphics, and making sure that the podcast gets out on time (and across every channel where you might discover it!). 

Even a small pledge will be a HUGE help--so that we can continue helping YOU and providing you with a little positivity to pack in your bags.

Making sure that people hear about the podcast (and blog posts) is important. For those who haven't subscribed yet (or who forget to head over to the blog for resources, links, and more insights), social media scheduling and newsletter costs are necessary evils.
