Ahoy and welcome to my little fitness hub. Forgive the pictures, I will update them at some point. Anyway, I thought it would be good to keep my personal training up and here, well, here I can keep on top of it and help you to be how you want to be. 

I will be putting out various articles on how to best be in the body you want, whether that is smaller, larger, stronger, or more flexible. My aim is to help you reach your aims. This is how we can do it, at the lower tiers you get access to my general content. General fitness advice, nutritionoal tips, and some generic tips. 

Each tier above gets you something a little more personal, whether that is advice just for you and your aims or online training sessions. You can get whatever you need from this, just ask because I am here to help you. Together we can get you where you want to be.
Tiers
The Newsletter
$5 or more per month

This is the tier for those who just want to get some information. Maybe you are just looking to dip your toe in, maybe you know what you're doing and just need some inspiration. This is the one for you.

The Plan
$15 or more per month

This is the one to go for if you want tailored advice. If you want a specific plan and someone to chat to as you start or continue your fitness journey, then this is it. This covers any and all questions you might have, and I am always happy to answer them.

The Session
$30 or more per month

This is for you if you know you need something a little more hands-on. Subscribe to this and you'll get one online training session a month, designed by me, to cater to your personal needs. It also gets you everything else like all the questions you could want, and all the accountability you may need. 

The Weekly Session
$100 or more per month

This is the one for a big change. If one session a month just doesn't sound like it is enough, well then this is the one for you. This gets you one session a week, all the answers you could ever need, and maybe even some extra cat pictures.
