Please join me in a culinary adventure. From the history of food, to the different cuisines you can eat all over the world, to how food can alter you and most of all, please enjoy my recipes that I create.

I come from a multi-culture background, my father was from Naples, Italy and my mother British. My father worked in the restaurant trade, even owning his own restaurants. So I was brought up cooking, but not just that, I was brought up to understand each individual ingredient, to love the method. I was raised with so many other cultures because of who my father worked with so, I learnt the importance of tradition, diversity and how to blend it all together to create new recipes. 

Working with food was always my future, but unfortunately due to a chronic illness I can't work in a professional kitchen. So I began merging my other passions with my desire to create food. As I passionate writer I started to write about food and anything related to food. I created a website called Food Steam Ahead to show my recipes, reviews and more. But it's not enough.

I'm in the process of writing my cookbook, I'm also conducting a food experiment  that I'm writing a book about called 'Eat Like An Animal'

I have a Youtube channel where you can see anything from me attending food shows, me cooking or reviews of products.

Also I create a monthly podcast which delves into tradition and the history of food.

There is no avenue that I will not explore in order to show you the true beauty of food in all it's forms. Please join me on this adventure and lets go Food Steam Ahead!
