Hey, I'm Georgette. I'm a student, I'm working class, disabled (psychotic) and a trans woman. I'm not really expecting much from this but its been suggested to me by some comrades that I set up an account here. If you do think my content is worth paying me for (I don't expect anyone to) and you're well off or financially stable enough to donate (I would be totally mortified if anyone suffered any hardship to donate to me) I  would be endlessly thankful.

I'll explain what I'm offering to start. I'm aiming to produce a 25 part series on the History of Science and Ideology, from Ancient Greece through to Einstein. I will undertake this project from a Marxist-Leninist vantage point. The series is intended to produce some new theories (in fact, hopefully a Theory) on ideology (and the sciences and philosophies) and act as an educational resource for comrades interested in deepening their knowledge of pre- or non-Marxist science and philosophy. I hope to move on from this by revisiting the same subject matter and covering topics I won't have chance to do in this series: important philosophers such as Kant and Hegel, in-depth treatments of Medieval philosophy, mathematics and logic in India and China, science in the pre-Columbian Americas. Far, far ahead another series on the History of Law and Legal Apparatuses would be a goal I'd want to work towards.

Some of my work on gender is found below. I'm not charging for this and its available for anyone to get a handle on the kind of work that I do and its quality. If you think its good and you want to support me, thank you. You can also view my gender content at my medium here. Any preliminary work I do for my current project (which will include some works of a more theoretical nature to pin down the framing) will be made patrons-only. My series will be available through a blogspot which I will add here when its up. I'll also probably make a dedicated twitter account.

Money I receive from this would help me in transitioning. I suffer from punishing dysphoria; I am totally revolted by my body and by how others see me. It causes me a great degree of physical pain, as well as mental anguish. I'm looking to begin physically transitioning and want to start hormone replacement therapy which is both difficult and expensive for me. Other things to ease my dysphoria such as feminine clothes, makeup, perfumes, materials for tucking, jewelry, shoes and so on might be more achievable goal for now. I'm also looking to get laser hair removal for my beard before I go on E and Spiro. This will cost me about £600 so anything contributed will go, at least in some part, toward that.

To be perfectly honest the more I am able to live as a woman (and the kind of woman that I want to be), the better able I will be to devote myself to theoretical efforts. I hope to produce as much theoretical writing as I can in my life and to contribute as much as I can to the advancement of knowledge and its guiding the practice of class struggle and building a better world.

All I want is to be a strong, proud and capable revolutionary woman.

Deepest thanks,
Georgette

I don't expect anything from this, although of course I would like to be able to live off my theoretical writing. This is a very, very long term goal (if its even a goal at all). Anything that could help cover even a few costs of my transition I would be endlessly grateful for.
